Beer Description
A modern Pale Ale with Simcoe, Centennial and HBC 586. Pretty light-orange hue, clean and clear, lightish body, faint malty sweetness from a small charge of English caramalt; hops bring notes of pine, light citrus & berry fruits and floral hints. Classic and timeless. MAXELL was our favorite brand of blank cassettes back in the day when that was a big deal. Tasty.
