“Blanc Slate IPA”, fermented with Sauvignon Blanc grape juice, can best be described as somewhere between a Juicy and a Brut IPA — bursting with tropical fruit aromas and flavors (mango, pineapple, and lime stand out), but with a crisp, dry white wine finish.
