Hazy India Pale Ale double dry hopped with Cascade, Citra and Mosaic
But it might have been Simple Plan. The ripe grapefruit and bright spice of Cascade are the beginning sortie across the bow of your tastebuds before Mosaic swings in while swashbuckling through its notes of berry cobbler in the summer sun. Finally, the star of the hop world, Citra hops aboard to wash the whole deck (aka your tastebuds if you’re as lost in this metaphor as we are) over with its dank tropical citrus fruit notes.
