Beer Description
All three of our breweries feature a Brown Ale as a part of our lineup, but we all like doing big hoppy ales, too. We combined different aspects of our Brown Ale grain bills and bumped up the gravity to create an ABV that would properly counterbalance the increased amount of hops used in this Texas Brown version. This beer has plenty of hops used throughout the boil as well as a hefty dose of dry hops added post-fermentation. A Collaboration with CoStar and Shu Brew for 2014 Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week.
