We present to you a Black Pilsner. A rarity of its own in the beer world. We took a Czech style Pilsner base and stained it dark with two types of German specialty malts. A classic lager body is complimented with a soft roast and subtle caramel element

We had our amazing friends at Skeleton Key over in early April to brew something magical with us. The results of our conversation of life, nerd stuff, and handcrafted beer resulted in something ultra smooth. We present to you a Black Pilsner. A rarity of its own in the beer world. We took a Czech style Pilsner base and stained it dark with two types of German specialty malts. A classic lager body is complimented with a soft roast and subtle caramel element that pairs perfectly with a heap of fresh Saaz hops for a snappy crisp bitterness. A perfect dark beer for the patio.
