Beer Description
his label used Elijah Craig barrels, which had bourbon aging in them for just shy of 19 years! Elijah Craig barrels have been a staple in our program for decades now. The majority of our bourbon barrel aging program spends time in 12 year Elijah Craig barrels, and we were extremely pleased to have 18 year Elijah Craig barrels become available to us (you’ll actually see these barrels show up in another release later this year)!
