Beer Description
True to all Medianoches before it, this decadent beer began at the blending table. After discovering a few barrels that had prominent vanilla notes reminiscent of marshmallows, there was no doubt about what had to be done. We added copious amounts of peanut butter powder and marshmallow cream to create the long-awaited…Fluffernutter Medianoche. This particular Medianoche was aged for 22-24 months in a combination of Weller Wheated Bourbon barrels and Eagle Rare Bourbon barrels, providing the ideal canvas laced with rich peanut butter and sweet marshmallows. Cheers to an exceptional addition to the Medianoche family!
