Notes of black coffee can be found up front along with baker’s chocolate, interwoven with a subtle hint of plum. Finishing at 7.8% abv, this release of The Minus Times was brewed in the spirit of the changing season
The key element in this style is the malt, which contributes largely to the flavor profile of our Dopplebock. We utilized a Munich malt base and accompanying specialty grains, yielding a rich and malt forward palate devoid of overly sweet characteristics.
