Beer Description
For our commemorative DIPA that celebrates 1000 brews on our South Street system, we started off with a base of 2row, white wheat, and torrified wheat before an Idaho 7 and Citra Lupomax whirlpool and a Citra, Strata, Galaxy, and Citra Lupomax dry hop. Pouring a hazy tangerine, we are getting big aromas of orange limeade and apricot jam. Flavors of navel orange, lime rings, dank sticky-icky, mango jelly, and a passionfruit papaya melon custard finish with a hoppy bite and a splash of #EQjuice
