This is the brasserie’s most iconic beer and the first they ever brewed. Here, a blonde is infused with seventeen different herbs picked in the surrounding mountains, the kind that would usually make their way into Chartreuse. Pairing the bitter, sweet and perfumed notes of the alpine herbs to beautiful effect, this is a beer of rare freshness and purity, that carries a remarkable sense of place.
