Beer Description
Coming together with our friends at Smoldered Society up in Buffalo, we put together a Smoked Lager to watch while the Dolphins play the Bills and Buffalo gets all the smoke. This beer has a bold smoky/bready aroma, like when you open up a smoker on game day. Using in house smoked malts, this beer is crispy and delicious, characterized by its smoked malt character that comes across bready with a light bitterness, like lightly caramelized sugar and biscuits. Nicely balanced, presenting more as fresh bread than as aggressive smoke.
