Beer Description
A Cold IPA is a new style of India Pale Ale that is fermented at cooler temperatures using a lager yeast strain and cereal malts…nope, not breakfast cereal in the mash, but a blend of rice and barley which keeps the beer dry without taking away from the body of the beer. A Time to Chill is brewed with HBC 586, Citra, and Mosaic hops, attributing to big notes of tropical stone fruit and a bright, citrusy finish, making this a perfect beer to chill out with.
