Rocky Ridge Barrel Aged DB 2022

After a brief hiatus, DB returned with renewed vigour and a bolder spirit. This special release, crafted in loving memory of our beloved companion Indy, honours her legacy with all proceeds donated to SAFE and other dog shelters.
Meticulously aged in a thoughtfully curated selection of barrels— Maple Bourbon, Barton Bourbon, Bookers, and Heaven Hill—this beer emerges as dark as midnight, crowned with a luscious tan head. Each sip unravels a symphony of flavours, where dark berries and the essence of red wine gracefully waltz upon the palate, accompanied by tantalising hints of hazelnut.
Further depth is bestowed by delicate whispers of burnt coffee and dusty chocolate, akin to shared secrets exchanged by a crackling fire. The velvety, creamy mouthfeel adds an extra layer of indulgence, delighting the senses.
