Sour ale with Marionberry, Peach and Cara Cara Orange
When Edward Norton was preparing for his role in the movie Rounders, he famously spent months learning to play Texas hold ‘em at card games across the country. What isn’t as well known is that his younger brother Lindsay hustled his way through the retirement home bingo circuit of southern Florida until the authorities finally brought a stop to his reign of terror outside of El Paso Texas, near the little motel above the corner store. With this sour, we decided to take the sweet tart vibes of marionberries and added in a healthy helping of peach as well as cara caras for that sweet and tangy playfulness to keep the party going.
