Beer Description
Pollen is our rotating hop Pale Ale series. Pollen uses a simple grain selection and ale yeast paired with a rotating selection of hops. This version features Mosaic hops, a staple American grown hop variety and a real workhorse for flavor, whirlpool conversion, and even bittering for those that still do it. Big tropical aromas are followed by flavors of citrus candy, mango, ripe melon, papaya, and hints of flower blossoms. Donโt sleep on this seemingly simple pale ale, the flavor is anything but that.
