Where the seams enter the fray. They too shall mend. Just for now or at least in this moment. Here we exist with all sincerity and warmest regards. All the spectacle of Burial sight and sound. And all of the break you deserve. It took us many moons to theorize how we would best bring about a non-alcoholic beverage who could proudly bear the Burial name. As many of us are fans of the N/A style, we aimed to evolve what was available on the market in a way that could be sustainably offered on our taps. We continue to meander this tangent of self-discovery each week at our downtown laboratory. Much more to come. This iteration is mashed with barley and oats. Whirlpooled with Citra Incognito. Dry-hopped during fermentation with hand-select Mosaic and Cashmere. Infinitely pondered. Comfortably imbibed.
