Beer Description
Our latest IPA was dip hopped with CTZ hops pre-fermentation and hopped throughout with layers of El Dorado, Strata and Mosaic. Dip hopping augments the fruitier, juicer aspects of hop aroma while reducing their propensity for green and dank flavors! The resulting IPA is pungent but juicy, with pineapple, mango and blueberry at the forefront. Hints of pine and cannabis add depth while a grist of 30% oats provides a malty, creamy backbone.
