Pineapple, Rio Red Grapefruit, Strawberry, Passionfruit, Almonds, Vanilla Beans. This Caribbean inspired CocktAle is inspired by a Nene Bird tropical beach bar drink. Bright and tropical, we packed in a massive dose of fragrant passionfruit before layering in juicy pineapple, bright strawberries, sweet vanilla, and nutty almonds to create an orgeat syrup vibe. We used rio red grapefruit in place of campari to offer a citrus tone with mild bitterness. Overall, the drink pops with tropical tones reminiscent of that straw hut beach side bar we love some much. Enjoy straight from the can, over ice, or blended with your favorite rum.
