Beer Description
Fermented on a touch of pineapple puree and then dry hopped with Sabro & El Dorado which, by themselves, push big flavors of pineapple and creamy coconut, we then cold conditioned the beer on a bit more pineapple and toasted coconut
The 9th volume of our experimental IPA series, featuring a super tropical spin. Fermented on a touch of pineapple puree and then dry hopped with Sabro & El Dorado which, by themselves, push big flavors of pineapple and creamy coconut, we then cold conditioned the beer on a bit more pineapple and toasted coconut making for a pale in color, crushable IPA reminiscent of a pina colada.
