What happens when you take our legendary Chicken Killer Barley Wine and let it take a long nap in a bourbon barrel? It turns into the palate-blowing liquid you hold in your hand. Our Kickin’ Chicken Bourbon-Barrel Aged Barley Wine uses twice the ingredients of our other beers, but we extract only half the usual amount of liquid from them. Then it’s barrel aged for 9 months.
