The years keep on coming and the Monks are celebrating our one thousandth batch of beer brewed. Batch 1,000 is a premium lager brewed to celebrate our milestone and we are ready to brew another 1,000 more batches! Clean, light and refreshing, this lager has a light malt backbone that is easy-drinking and balanced by a very mild dosing of hops. Here’s to the next one thousand batches of beer! Cheers!
