Ahhhhh….Riwaka! What an absolutely jaw dropping hop. So rich in zesty aromatics and tropical fruit! But holy cow is it expensive! BTW. It’s actually the most expensive hop we’ve ever purchased!… (don’t tell Brian ? ha ha!).

It’s actually the most expensive hop we’ve ever purchased!… (don’t tell Brian ? ha ha!). The price of the hop gets inflated from the difficulty that farmers have with growing it, but their efforts are not wasted, as is this hop is unlike any other. When it’s good, it’s GOOD! So here’s an example of this hop highlighted big and bold in a West Coast Pils.
