Beer Description
We’re getting real classy notes of blueberry honey, mixed citrus marmalade, gingham tablecloths, pear pudding, and apple pie.
We brewed this one with a solid base of British Maris Otter and Golden Naked Oats; hopped it with moreish amounts of UK Challenger, UK Bramling Cross, and Slovenian Styrian Fox; and fermented it to dryness with our favourite ale yeast from London.
We’re getting real classy notes of blueberry honey, mixed citrus marmalade, gingham tablecloths, pear pudding, and apple pie.
