Last year, we went above and beyond, pushing the boundaries with over 100 limited release beers. At times, it felt like a bit of a Sh*t Show, but we don’t worry – we have our very own Ross, the undisputed Sh*t Show Supervisor.
Our secret weapons in this chaos? Tritordeum malt from Joe White Malting, a cheeky blend of wheat and barley for that sweet, stable haze, and Strata CGX, the wild hop rebel doubling the madness!
