Beer Description
A rustic Pale Ale with Norwegian Kviek Hornindal yeast, British malts and hops from New Zealand!
Slight haze, golden amber color with white cap. Big citrus notes and balanced bitterness from NZ Cascade. Moutere and Wai-iti hops Bring waves of pine, passionfruit, peach and lime. Norwegian farmhouse Hornindal kviek yeast lends a slight funk with pineapple and cherry flavor draping the entire affair. Balanced by British Maris Otter malt and lots of wheat malt.
