Edelweiss is a higher-alcohol version of Hefeweizen, our traditional unfiltered Bavarian-style wheat ale. This amber bock wheat ale has intense aromas of banana and spice, a rich, bready malt body, and hints of caramel.

A Silver Medal winner at the 2018 U.S. Open Beer Championship, this amber bock wheat ale has intense aromas of banana and spice, a rich, bready malt body, and hints of caramel. The name Edelweiss is a combination of the German words “Edel,” meaning “noble,” and Weissbier, a regional Bavarian term for Hefeweizen, or “wheat beer” in English.
