Beer Description
Foeder Aged English Pale Ale, 5.6%
A pale ale made with UK Golden Promise, and hopped with Liberty and beaucoup whole leaf Goldings and Willamette hops. Fermented with a classic english ale yeast in stainless steel and then cold conditioned in our foeder for 6 weeks before it was dry hopped with more whole leaf Goldings and Willamette hops. A nice change of tone from the aggressive American pale’s we typically make. This english inspired pale has a mellow and light malted roundness with floral orange blossom notes, hints of fruitiness from the English yeast, and a layer of oak that softens the beer and makes it highly drinkable.
