Beer Description
Dom Parleaux is brewed to mimic the style of a Brut Rosé sparkling wine. Starting with a tart base, this beer was fermented with beaucoup pomegranate and raspberry to achieve a fruit forward flavor and color profile. We then utilized the enzyme amyloglucosidase to convert complex carbohydrates into simple, fermentable sugars allowing us to create a super dry beer with a crisp finish. Dom Parleaux is a sparkling tart ale with a beautiful color, fruit forward aroma and flavor that finishes dry, and at 10% delivers a celebratory
