Beer Description
Inspired by the great Bavarian German pilsners this is brewed with 100% German malt, Hallertau Mittelfrüh & Perle hops, and fermented cold with a Bavarian pilsner yeast. This beer took on an extended lagering period, and displays unique cracker crust like pilsner malt flavor, floral hop aromas, and a clean crispness. With warm spring days here and summer knocking on the door we’re excited to highlight our favorite euro influenced lager styles. Prost!
