Beer Description
We were having a pint up at Kelsey Creek Brewing with our good friend and brewer Ron Chip and got to talking about brewing a beer together. He suggested we brew up something using all California ingredients. We decided to do a California common. Well the malt is Cali, the yeast is Cali, and the Ivanhoe and Gargoyle hops are breeds of California Clusters from Lake County. They give a nice citrus aroma with a slight hint of bitterness.
