Beer Description
A mixed-fermentation saison aged in oak puncheons and conditioned in stainless steel with locally-sourced blueberries for three months. Mildly tart, complex and jammy with subtle notes of oak, earthy funk, red & darker berries & light tannins. Drinks easy with a spritzy mouthfeel and low bitterness. Berry-forward tart & juicy flavor upfront with a semi-dry and oaky finish.
