Beer Description
As a San Diego brewery, we knew we had to include a solid West Coast DIPA in our series of national parks-themed anniversary beers. Introducing Double Arch, our newest WC DIPA featuring a tasteful trio of Cascade, Southern Cross, and Mosaic Cryo hops. Its bold notes of resin, tree sap, cantaloupe, and more are thanks to the large addition of hops that were pitched into the whirlpool, producing a robust hop profile in the final result. Extra bittering hops contribute to a firm bitterness that awakens the palate and adds even greater depth to the brew. Pour yourself a glass of this radiant pale gold-colored creation and enjoy the flow of flavors that unfold with each sip—This one was made to celebrate, after all!
