A brett saison brewed with floor malted pilsner, spelt, honey malt, and fresh local Louisiana Honey. Fermented in stainless steel with a wild saccharomyces yeast and one of our favorite brett brux strains. Mild funk, dry, effervesent, lemon balm, dry lime peel, warm honey notes.
