Beer Description
Brett Saison brewed with a simple base of pilsner, wheat, a light hop of NZ Riwaka and Pacifica, and left to ferment in stainless steel with a single wild American saccharomyces yeast, and a single Belgian brettanomyces strain for 5 months. Packaged with that same Belgian brett strain and left to can condition and cellar for 5 more months. This is a wonderful and effervescent saison with hints of spiced apple, a delicate white vinous terroir, and a bone dry finish.
