Beer Description
Bursting with fresh mango this full-bodied tropical sour is juicy and refreshing. The base beer has been kettle-soured to provide a refreshing tartness which cuts through the sweet tropical mango; rounded out with toasted coconut and unfermentable lactose. All fermented with a kveik yeast which amplifies the tropical flavours in the beer. Brewed with our friends at Brew Toon, this beer is delicious on its own or can be blended with Brew Toon’s Pineapple and Grapefruit Pale.
