Beer Description
“Mild” ale once enjoyed popularity amongst the laborers in British industry for its restorative quality and low alcohol. The style’s name referred to the mild bitterness level. It fell out of favor for years because of its blue collar image and dark color. This dark mild has a toasty aroma with a hint of chocolate. Medium bodied and slightly sweet up front, but well balanced with the East Kent Goldings hops. Fantastically sessionable!
