Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Cycad Brewing out of Tokyo, Japan. This is our take on their Dark Czech Lager beer, we tweaked down the roast slightly and threw in some of our favorite German hopz (Mittelfruh and Perle). Fluffly, lush, but still retaining a balanced roast profile. Crisp and warming, like a new spring jacket.
Hops: Perle, Hallertauer mittelfruh
