Beer Description
Thiolized Mexican Lager – 4.5% Our newest collaboration with Alarmist Brewing is a Mexican-Style Lager brewed with a traditional pilsner and corn grain bill, but hopped with modern New Zealand grown Motueka hops and fermented with a groundbreaking, thiol-boosting yeast. The yeast biotransforms thiol precursors from the malt and hops, and generates notes of passionfruit and guava on top of the malt driven lager with lovely notes of lemon and lime.
