Brother Clement Belgian Ale is made with approximately 40% wheat to produce a lighter, more refreshing summer beer which goes well with outdoor activities and cooking on the BBQ. Brewed with whole Clementines, it has a light citrus aroma
Bad Tom Brewing has chosen to replace Belgian wild yeast with American yeast and has combined it with a three grain (barley/wheat /oat) two hop formula along with the distinctive flavors of the Clementine to produce our take on a Belgian Ale that is truly unique.
