Beer Description
Think Inside the Box is for our wonderful brewery cat, Barb.
We messed around cooking some oranges in the mash. Did it work? I donโt know, but it was fun. El Dorado, Mosaic and some Centennial cryo make for a pretty wonderful aroma. Lots of citrus and stone fruit on the nose paving the way for a light and easy drinker with a slight lingering bitterness.
