Mexican muscovado sugar, a slight amount of Citra hops together with Hierba Santa gives us citrus and floral flashes, an aroma and flavor of the valley in spring.
This Saison is our interpretation of a Belgian Farmhouse Ale freely dosed with Hierba Santa, an herb endemic to the valleys of Baja California, which provides, in addition to aroma, minerality.
