Beer Description
This pre-prohibition style lager features a light golden yellow color paired with brilliant clarity. Moderate aromas of lemongrass and fresh cut grass make way for a pleasant sweetness which is followed up by a slight bitterness. The finish is clean and refreshing allowing you to soak in the warmth of the summer sun.
The barley used in creating this beer was grown at Domoy Farms in Oakfield, NY, the corn from Starowitz Farms in Byron, NY, and the hops from Pedersen Farms in Seneca Castle, NY.
