Pouring a soft canary yellow color, Congo Vanilla Crown and Crate’s opaque, glowing haze prepares the senses for an array of citrus and tropical aromas. The palate opens with a wash of pineapple sorbet, candied mango, and honeysuckle, each sip rounded out by a creamy vanilla character and touch of sweetness. Plush and medium-bodied, Congo Vanilla Crown and Crate finishes with just a touch of grapefruit-like bitterness.
