Cherry Adam from the Wood is aged with locally grown black cherries in oak casks for 15 months. The 2008 bottling celebrates 15 years of business for me and was aged in Bourbon and Sherry barrels. The 2009 bottling was aged exclusively in Elijah Craig Bourbon barrels.
