Beer Description
Decadent, immense, and dark were the guiding principles for this beer. One Drop proposed an audacious 14% ABV to “double the sin in the tin,” while Ross recommended a 24-hour boil, driven by his penchant for punishment.
This stout brings all your most decadent desires to fruition, featuring an extravagant medley of coffee, chocolate, cacao, donuts, cinnamon, lactose, vanilla, marshmallow, and caramel fudge. The result is an indulgent delight, a can brimming with an astonishing 800 calories.
The enchantment persists with a staggering 3000 kilograms of malt employed to create 3000 liters of this Pastry Stout – five times the typical amount! The prolonged boil concentrated the sugars, engendering a dense, velvety beer. We introduced multiple worts during the boil to uphold volume and amplify the flavor profile with profound, sumptuous undertones.
This stout stands as a veritable homage to the gluttonous aspect of brewing, delivering an experience that is unequivocally unforgettable.
