Beer Description
We were delighted to collaborate with the Fox Friday team on a WCIPA that epitomizes our collective pride in the art of brewing.
 Our objective was to conceive the palest conceivable body utilizing solely base, chit, and wheat malt. To imbue a touch of enchantment, we stratified the hops with Simcoe, Strata, and Idaho 7 T90 pellets at the outset, subsequently deluging the dry hops with the same three varieties. We further introduced a novel twist with advanced pellets – Cryohops and CGX – to genuinely intensify the olfactory allure.
 This harmonious amalgamation culminates in an IPA that resides at the vanguard of the evolution of this style. The malt base is deliberately light, allowing the hops to seize the limelight, and the employment of lager yeast in lieu of ale yeast ensures a crisp, revitalizing finish.
 Savour this WCIPA’s audacious flavor and mesmerizing aromas, a resplendent testament to the pride and artistry we infuse into every batch.
