Brix City + Icarus Point Panic

6.8% NE style IPA inspired by 1960s Surf Rock! Brewed with our friends at Icarus Brewing, this beer combines our love of music with Icarus’ shore vibes. Smashing down like a sick riff from Dick Dale, this beer was Dry Hopped to over-the-top levels (6.6 lbs/bbl)! This beer features a combination of Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo for waves of intense hop flavor. Pouring this beer into a glass reveals a saturated yellow-colored liquid with a fluffy white head. On tasting, we’re finding tropical notes of fresh pineapple, bright mango, papaya, juicy naval oranges, and berry medley with a slightly resinous finish.
