Beer Description
2024 Anniversary Beer #3. Citra Hop Hash Double IPA. Brewed with no kettle addition, Hop Hash was added to the fermenter using the “Hop Dipping” technique, where hops (hop hash in this case) are mixed with warm wort to make a “tea” in the fermenter, while the rest of the wort cools, then the cooled wort is mixed with in before fermentation. Then we further double dry hopped with more Citra Hop Hash.
