Beer Description
Remember a time long ago when breweries raced to see who could reach the limit of the human taste buds on IBUs and they called people “wusses” for not drinking explosively hoppy IPAs? Well, we certainly do and sometimes we miss those beers. So, we made a 70IBU hoppy IPA that’s quite bitter (similar bitterness to a Heady Topper) but with a light dry-hop of Riwaka, Nelson, and Citra to bring a modern lean to the beer. No Crystal Malt was injured making this beer (it’s 100% Pale Ale malt for the grist). Big fan of west coast IPAs during the summer.
