Beer Description
Itβs not often we let hops take center stage. We love hops, they are integral to our beers but usually as part of the choir rather than the soloist. This beer is a little different, a spotlight on the way Nelson Sauvin hops play with our distinct saison yeast character. There are notes of white grapes, mango lassi, lychee, honeydew, and pistachio-nuttiness. It is bone dry but with a tautly structured body and delightful finish that leans ever so slightly bitter.
